Volunteering at Midnight Mission Skid Row, Los Angeles

Hillary Hughes and the Nestle’ Very Best in Youth winners took their volunteering to the streets in Los Angeles at the Midnight Mission on Skid Row.

What a humbling experience to prepare and serve food to some of the most down trodden in America.

After leaving Skid Row, I remember thinking “How does this even happen in America?”
