A flashback in time- When we first started Color My World. Chase and Hillary Hughes were 6 and 3. School Kits were spray painted and prepared in our garage in Bettendorf, Iowa.
The name Color My World comes from our first school kits that were sent to Africa. I was trying to describe to my young kindergartner what it was like to split a pencil in three and share. Crayons and coloring were easy for the children to relate with so the name “Color My World” came to be. -Angela Hughes
